So, the kitties are back!

Nothing else as exciting as that, but logged in users can upload files via a link next to the comment input box. I will probably lock this down later, perhaps to users I have personally approved, or only to ones with the `security.BLOGGER` clearance, but for now it's open... Do *not* abuse it or I will abuse *you*.

Of note, if you're someone who likes ReST over BBCode (no, I will not listen to the chirping crickets), I've got syntax highlighting via the `sourcecode` directive:
