That's right! I am back in business.

Let me introduce you to my new [link=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_Server_Gateway_Interface]WSGI[/link]-based blog engine. If anyone caught my last blog post before an unfortunate rsync accident wiped out my database files. Sad business.

There is still a heckton to do before this is just as powerful as the last engine, but it's well on its way. Anyway, while I work on adding image functionality and some more admin options (such as editing existing entries, deleting offending comments, and ordering users around), here is a sample of what I [b]do[/b] have right now:

[*] BBCode and ReStructuredText entry methods. No more of that ugly HTML junk.
[*] ReCaptcha instead of asking you "Are you a robot?"
[*] User accounts! Yay! Plus, the backend is actually tracking what you comment on when you're logged in. That will probably be available in user pages I later write.
[*] Hidden admin options - no more seeing what I see, you unworthy viewers
[*] An object-oriented database. There is no SQL mess behind this.
[*] My awesome sarcasm and irony.
